Social media is a shop window for your business, but these days it’s vital to actively engage with your customers online too. I work with businesses on an individual basis to help them with this time-consuming aspect of customer service. I specialise in building brand recognition across platforms, with a consistent message and fresh content.
I attend tastings, know the team members by name and get behind the scenes in the kitchen to take real-time photos with relevant captions and stories, for a true ‘in-house’ feel. The aim is for customers to feel closer to you through my involvement.
With over a decade on the ground in the restaurant industry as a business owner and operator, I can draw upon a wide base of contacts in media, business and hospitality. I work on a consultancy basis to share my experience of the local marketplace, in terms of customer profiling, demographics and industry trends. My focus has, and will always be, to represent smaller independent businesses with an excellent product to reach a wider audience.

With my background in FOH & staff training, I work alongside hotels and restaurants to offer detailed feedback to encourage and maintain excellent standards.
I’m first and foremost a lover of food! I understand how food businesses operate and love helping them succeed. I’ve worked at all levels of the hospitality industry, from Michelin to our own street-food business. I’ve opened restaurants, employed staff and built some fantastic relationships over the years. I even met my chef husband across the pass in a Cambridge kitchen! When I’m not at my laptop or taking photos of food, you’ll find me with my 3 kids (age 5, 3 & 1) or lifting heavy things at a crossfit gym.
